Studies have shown that today Americans have had a lot more sugars than their grandma and grandpa did several decades ago. A typical American consumes about 154 lbs. of sugars annually. And the sugar is typically perfectly found in the sodas, process food/ manufactured food, which is loaded with unhealthy calories. Due to surplus sugar intake, it has the significant effect; that is, sugar avoids persons from fat loss.

Stock your refrigerator with low fat milk, fruit juices, fresh fruits, reduced fat cheeses, low fat yogurt, fresh veggies, fresh grilled or baked chicken, turkey, and fish, apple sauce, low fat cottage cheese, and bottled water. These choices are all good for you and provides the fiber, protein, vitamins and minerals your body needs to stay healthy and strong.

It stands to reason that they need the right fuel to be able to do their job. As far as the physiological aspect is concerned, it’s obvious that a growing body needs highest quality nutrients in the right proportions at the required time. If their young bodies don’t get it, their growth will slow down; they’ll be prone to illnesses and never be able to perform as well as they could at whatever they choose.
